Rufflets St Andrews offers a choice of three holiday lodges located within the hotel grounds, ideal for golfing groups seeking the privacy and relaxed informality of their own home, yet with the facilities of a four star hotel on the doorstep.

The self catering lodges are accessed by a short driveway leading from Rufflets’ main entrance. All Lodges are designated non-smoking throughout. Wi-Fi, linen, towels and utilities are included. The king size zip & link beds can be two full size single beds on request.

Rufflets offer an al fresco dining area complete with BBQ for use by self catering guests (terms & conditions apply - see below).

THE LODGES AT RUFFLETS ST ANDREWS ARE AVAILABLE TO BOOK FOR:

- 3 night weekend break (Friday through Sunday)
- 4 night mid-week break (Monday through Thursday)
- 7 nights arriving Monday or Friday.


KINNESS HOLIDAY LODGE

Kinness Lodge is a substantial property sleeping 8 people in four en-suite bedrooms consisting of two king size zip & links and two twin bedded rooms. Bathrooms have large power showers with a plentiful supply of hot water. There is a superb lounge with feature gas fire and windows with panoramic views overlooking the garden and Kinness burn, a spacious fully equipped modern dining kitchen, utility room and external secure golf bag/bike store. The lodge has full gas central heating and all linen is provided. Parking for three cars.

Bright spacious lounge with open fire and panoramic views over the gardens. Equipped with Digital TV, DVD player and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Kitchen/Dining Area
Spacious L-shaped room, equipped with stainless steel gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and larder. Dining table seats eight.

Bedrooms
Two twin bedded rooms and two king size zip & link rooms. Good lighting and plenty of storage. All four bedrooms are en-suite.

Bathrooms
Four modern en-suite bathrooms with large power showers. The master bedroom has a bath with overhead shower. Good lighting, shaver points and storage.


BURNSIDE EAST HOLIDAY LODGE

Burnside East Lodge sleeps 4 and is ideal family accommodation. Comprising one double room with king size zip & link and one twin room, modern shower room with power shower, open-plan lounge/dining room, and well equipped contemporary kitchen. Burnside East has views over the burn to the fields beyond. The lodge has full gas central heating and all linen is provided. There is private parking for two cars and an enclosed garden. Burnside East and West lodges can be inter-connected by opening the double doors between the lounge/dining areas, making this property perfect for two families, groups of friends and golfing parties.

Burnside West Lodge sleeps 4 and has one king size zip & link room with en-suite shower, one twin room, family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, open plan lounge/dining room and fully equipped contemporary kitchen. THE BOTHY

The Bothy, situated in the south-east corner of the gardens, has been developed and designed for use by our self catering guests.

Equipped with an Outback gas BBQ, fridges, food preparation area and seating for up to 20 people, we have provided everything you need to enjoy al fresco dining at Rufflets.

The BBQ and Bothy are available to hire for £50.00. A refundable deposit/security payment of £50.00 is required (terms and conditions apply). Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

THE BIRTHPLACE OF GOLF
A golf bucket list is not complete without the experience of St Andrews Old Course. After all, this is where golf began. There is a nostalgic sense of timelessness here, but the courses have evolved to present the same challenges to today’s players as they did to legendary greats Tom Morris, Bobby Jones, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus. St Andrews is as much the “Mecca of Golf” to the great champions as it is to the mere devotee.

The great links courses are strung like a necklace of pearls around the throat of the Firth of Forth — from Dunbar, North Berwick, Muirfield and Gullane on the south side of the Firth, up to the great bridges and back along the north shore, past Leven, Lundin, Dumbarnie, Elie, Anstruther, Crail and Kingsbarns, through St Andrews to Scotscraig, Panmure and Carnoustie. All are readily accessible from St Andrews, but in the town itself, the St Andrews Links Trust courses offer the tough tests of the Old, New and Jubilee and Eden courses.
